Hello…I would like to introduce myself. My name is David Kerchner. I have joined the sales team at Tri Star Estates. I have been in this business since the early 1990’s. I have been a general manager, sales manager, sales person and more. I have been brought in to assist in any way I can to help fill our community with great new neighbors for you all. And also, for me to see to it that the homes are made ready and presentable.
I know you all have been here longer than I have. But I am familiar with the history of this community and the new direction here since the new owners have come in. As you know there have been many new renovations and new homes. In addition, we have removed many older homes and repaired the retained homes. I hope I will be able to contribute to our continued improvements as well as continue to help fill the vacant lots with new and modern homes and good neighbors.
As you can imagine, the more residents we have the more opportunities are available to continue capital improvements and beautification of the property. Keep in mind your friends and relatives need a place to live. It is our commitment to the community to continue to improve it each day.
Also remember we always have a referral program that pays partial or full lot rent for anyone you refer. It’s a great way to get family and friends closer to you as well as help improve the community with people you already know and feel comfortable as neighbors.
