Manufactured Home Communities

When you refer a friend or family member and they make one of our wonderful manufactured home communities their home with a home purchase, you’ll receive one month site rent free. And, if they sign a home lease at one of our communities, you’ll receive a half month site rent free.

Apartment Home Communities

When you refer someone to one of our three apartment communities, you could receive up to $300 in rent credit.

Here’s how to receive your referral bonus:

  • You will receive your bonus after your referral has lived in the community for 90 days.
